And prop 8 will be overturned.

I agree. I don't know when they'll overturn prop8 but you simply can't pass laws that restrict civil rights. It may take a while to get to that conclusion but I'm confident that it will happen.

yes we can! and we will! i'm very happy about the election, and sad to know that we live among so many people who oppose gay marriage. did you have the party? i was so nervous...i'll see you tomorrow? same bat time...same bat place?

From your lips to the Constitution's ears. It seems absurd to take away constitutional rights. What's next? "Mixed" marriages? Eeeeesh.

I was so happy that Obama won, but when I woke up to hear the "yeses" were ahead on 8 it brought down my joy. I'm struggling to regain that excitement....

Go to http://jointheimpact.com/ for your local site to protest the passage of Prop. 8 this coming Saturday, Nov. 15. There will be simultaneous protests all across the country.

I'll be at San Francisco City Hall 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 15th, myself.
